Linking STS Organization Design and Human-Centered AI (HCAI)

With the explosive development of AI and the recent articulation of a Human-Centered approach to AI, this web conference is an important opportunity to
explore connections between HCAI and modern Digital STS/Open Systems Design.
The web conference, in which we are all invited to participate in dialogue, will build upon the work of Prof. Ben Shneiderman, author of “Human- Centered AI”, and the work of Stu Winby and Peter Aughton, two architects of modern STS/Open Systems design.
In preparation for the web conference, we encourage you to review some selected readings, (see references and links below), including Prof. Shneiderman’s book available on Amazon.com.
