She also makes the case for why sociotechnical thinking matters so urgently right now.
Caitlin Begg is the founder of Authentic Social, an applied research lab at the intersection of sociology and technology. Her research focuses on technology’s effect on communication and interpersonal relationships, workplace design, and AI.
