Stu Windy, long-time member and leading thinker in strategy innovation and organization design, led our 6th session of Making Work Worth Doing on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟮3rd October 𝟭𝟬 𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗧.
 
In this session, Stu explored the evolving relationship between technology, organizations, and human-centered AI (HCAI) — highlighting how socio-technical systems (STS) must co-evolve with advances in AI, creativity, and ethics.
 
Participants dived into pressing challenges such as job displacement, organizational language shifts, and the role of design labs as continuous innovation spaces. The discussion also emphasized the importance of cross-functional collaboration, governance, and ethical alignment in AI implementation.
