Balancing the perspectives, needs, and demands of ecosystem stakeholders, and their Coppell employees and citizens.
Join us to explore what makes an organization capable of adapting to rapid fire, unanticipated change. We will build a first draft model of an organization design approach to becoming a “shape-shifting organization” that operates as a “team of teams.”
