Joe Norton
A husband, father, music loving disrupter of the status quo, lover of all things Irish with a personal commitment to enabling individual, community and organizational effectiveness. Joe has twenty plus years of working alongside production line workers, fork truck operators and Global Supply Chain Executives; maintenance technicians, engineers, and manufacturing equipment designers; supermarket merchandisers and Madison Avenue marketers; bench chemists and Global Research and Development Leaders. Focused on helping organizations harness and use individual and group expertise to bring about collaboration and positive change.
With a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and a personal commitment to enabling individual effectiveness, Joe’s work has focused on affecting the ability of organizations to harness and use individual and group expertise.
