The purpose of the STS-RT blog is to foster dialogue between STS-RT members and the larger community of organization development and change management professionals, as well as practicing managers and those in academia.
We hope that the blog will address not only STS theory, but the application of that theory to issues of daily management and even larger issues in our society. We also hope to show the integration of STS theory and practice to sister theories such as complexity theory, whole-systems design and other theories of organization that seek to integrate the often disintegrated functions within organizations.
