The Anthology is organized in 3 volumes. The primary editor/authors are Eric Trist, Fred Emery, and Hugh Murray. Beulah Trist provided extensive editorial support. The original publisher was the University of Pennsylvania Press.

Since the Anthology is now out-of-print, Univ of Penn Press has given authorization to this web 'publication'.
