Corporation Information
The STS/RT, Inc. is a tax exempt not-for-profit corporation, incorporated in the United States of America in 2005. It operates under the Laws of the State of Vermont and section 501(c)3 of the United States Internal Revenue Code.
The Roundtable, as it is often referred to by its members, is governed by a 5-Member Board of Directors known as Stewards and two Officers (President and Secretary-Treasurer) elected from among the Board members. Operating rules and procedures are outlined in the corporation’s by-laws. The primary purpose of the corporation is educational in nature, and the Roundtable hosts a variety of virtual and face-to-face meetings to meet its educational goals.
