Social Technologies, accelerating innovation in organizations

Last week we had the pleasure of having Pierre Ouellette with us, during his webinar on Social Media and Organizational Transformation. Pierre is an Organizational Psychologyst with solid international experience in Organizational Development, doing his PhD research in Social Technologies.

Pierre shared with us important concepts on how to access the collective intelligence of organizations, the use of social networks and technologies  to generate more innovation,  as well as the digital transformation that organizations are experiencing, and he shared with us his experience in L’Oreal, Nokia, and other organizations. He also shared with us his recommendations on the best platforms used for communication, training, supporting and measuring change in organizations.

If you didn’t have the chance to join us, you can replay the webinar here or download the pdf. If you haven’t renewed your membership yet, you can do it here. We’ll keep you posted on the details for our next webinar, that will be in February.

Happy Holidays and all the best for 2016!
